Helios Starts green turns orange mid season Habanero very hot pepper.
Jalapeno Starts green turns red, early season medium hot.
Shishito Starts green will turn red if left long enough, early season, some are hot some are not. Japanese heirloom. 3-4" slender.

Gochu - Korean Kimchi peppers-Bright red fruits with thin skins are perfect for kimchi and drying down for gochugaru (chili flakes) and gochujang (fermented chili paste).

Chili d'arbol- Mexican. The name translates to "small tree" or "tree like" which is exactly what these slender erect multi-branched with thin light green foliage and tapered pendant chiles (3 X 3/8 inch) resemble.
Golden Greek Pepperoncini- Thin-walled and very mild these small peppers are excellent for pickling! Pickled pepperoncini are used for antipasto sandwiches pizza and salads.
Tobasco 90d very hot with delicious flavour (what Tobasco hot sauce is made with)
Serrano Tampiqueño 75d from the mountains in Puebla Mexico. 2 or 3 times as hot as Jalapeños. Bhut Jolokia or Red Ghost 100-120d one of the worlds hottest peppers.
